(sorry can't get the embedded vid to work...not sure what is going on with it...just go to the link and watch it)
And, on a good note Mrs. Ruggiero said yesterday:
I just spoke with the County Attorney Superior Courts Office. As of today the judge placed a no bail hold on Jeffrey until his arraignment on his bench warrant hearing that is scheduled on Sept 16. At this time the judge could give him a bail or keep the current no bail decision until Jeffrey's appeal hearing in Nov
But the good news is, from today until Sept 16th, Jeffrey will be held in the states prison.

UPDATE ON RUGGIERO CASE

Just Ask The People Who Really Know
If someone ever told me the story describing the facts and events of the past two years of my life, I would have never in a million years believed them if I hadn't been forced to witness each injustice with my own eyes.
How is it possible for so many things to go wrong at the same time? How many times can a person be expected to get up, put a smile on their face, be polite, walk with your chin up, be expected to be patient and calm, hold your composure sanely, all while knowing another bomb is about to explode with not a single bomb squad member in site to protect you or stop it.
I hate as well as love the life lessons that I was forced to live and learn over the past two years. Certain States and their court system are so backwards, archaic, confusing and beyond frustrating. There systematic processes are out right terrifying and in some cases dangerous.
Especially when you start to debate if your life was easier as a Victim verse that of a Survivor.
Because of the lack of laws that are enforced and/or in place, it makes it easier to be a criminal verse that of a morally sound and good person. How is it okay that when a person finally gets the strength to stand up to their nightmare, that the systematic processes lets the convicted nightmare loose.... not once but multiple times. Lesson Learned- I understand now why women get murdered by their estranged husbands/boyfriends
We wonder why our society is so messed up and negative. It is easier to turn a blind eye than it is to effect positive change. Being reactive verse pro active has become an trait that to many individuals continue to follow. Basically society would rather conform to the bandwagon effect. But honestly it is hard to frown upon those who have chosen this route because it isn't that great on the stand up for your moral foundation side.
The family court, well all I have to say is you better be financially set because it takes a trust fund and your 401K to get divorced if the your husband puts a stink up about it.
And don't expect that the dead beat parent gets addressed right away. If your not getting paid, it takes an act of Congress plus some (if even) to get it resolved. Every time I call the case worker assigned to the child support case, she tells me how backed up she is and how she won't be able to attend to that 40,000 dollar debt my daughters father owes. I wonder if she feels as bad for my situation as I do when she tells me time and time again about her overworked work environment.
Why does everyone tell you that the wheels of justice take time? Why are you told that some crimes just aren't bad enough to investigate? Why do lawyers tell their clients not to speak the truthful facts with law enforcement or government officials?
The Words of a Coast Guard Commander..
One of my favorites..."Yes, Ms.X we confirmed your husband stole government funds but now that you turned him in and he was caught, he has gone and paid them back. so all is peachy perfect and he won't get in a bit of trouble".
My thoughts.. "Pathetic"
All I have to say is my soon to be ex husband is your perfect model of life's catastrophes but because of his Ted Bundy like charm and Bill Gates knowledge of technology, he throws a wrench time and time again into the Wheels of Justice. I'd like to say its because he has the luck of the Irish but I would never disrespect my heritage like that
I am told by the District and Superior Court to hide from him in order to find safety but then the Family Court tells me if I fail to show up I will end up in the District Court.
A message to that special nasty someone. You will have to kill me before you strip my child of her innocence. the way you stripped your other two children of theirs. You are a shame and embarrassment to me, your children, your parents, your brother, friends and any person who knows the real you. Karma and Justice go hand in hand my friend. Justice will find a witness in the end and your day will come. Until then as you like to say "Bring It" because as you saw first hand today, I am more than ready for it. Ted Bundy like you was a fabulous charmer but just like you, his used car salesman charm only worked so far.. You can only hide your true inner self for so long..
Today was the best day of my life. I received your signature on a never ending-no expiration no contact order that protects the only person/thing or anything that I love....
my daughter is now protected from you..
That to me is worth walking away making you think you succeeded any day...
Your threats to sue the world are amusing..lol..Why because you will have to take the stand and you now allow your character to be cross examined.. I look forward to that day more than you know and I will make sure I am sitting right there in the front row...
How about we both take lie detector tests and see who passes... Oh silly me, we both already did and only one of us passed. That passing person being me.. The truth will prevail sooner or later and justice will catch up to you in the end.
To everyone else reading this....
It is sad when you fight with all your might to find out in the end that you may just end up being another statistic added to the thousands of others(women) who die fighting or hiding from societies systematic flaws and failures.
" A Mothers love is the fuel that enables an average human being to do the impossible"
For those of you who chose to cover up your wrongs verse make them right... You are just as bad as your associate BM1
When does enough become important enough? I guess that is the answer that wins the game of life's roulette.
What has happened to this woman and child. are they alive, are they safe
